I stayed the same. I should actually be :D cos whenever I have done SW in the past, I have put on in the first week! My first week sheets have regularly made it to head office to find out why!

Anyway, it hasn't stopped my being determined, I have a mini target of 20lb by Christmas. Have just joined the gym and am motivated to actually go as well :rolleyes:

So onwards and downwards for me, have a good SW week everyone!

Yeah at least you stayed the same. In my first week the last time i done sw, i gained half a pound but in the second week i lost 5.5lbs so maybe you will see a good loss next week. Keep at it though
