I got weighed at lunchtime and i have lost



10LBS!!!!!!!!:smiley1842::talk017:
I am loving this diet, and am really happy with losing 10lb this week. It was well worth it.
Roll on next week, im aiming for 4lb to make a stone before i refeed.

Thanks guy, i cant wait till next week, am looking forward to refeeding and getting ready for christmas, i know it would have only been two weeks but thats ok by me.
I will start again if i feel i need to after xmas.

Thanks guys for all your messages. I weighed quickly at home yesterday just to seehow i was doing but found i had gained .2kg, which really annoyed me. But i havent given in, just trying to drink more water to see if that helps. Roll on monday when i weigh in again.
I have planned my food from monday onwards as starting refeed.
