First weigh-in

    After my 4 week break over Christmas and New Year and I did indeed put on weight (as expected). But I only actaully gained 1/2lb:eek: I was convinced I would have gained at least 5lbs so I'm dead chuffed - as is my CDC;)

    So, it's day two. hads headache and little bit of nausia last night, but I'm also suffering with my sinuses so it could have been that. Going back on Friday for another weigh-in as I can nolonger do Monday nights, so this will then start the weekly routine. So Fridays weigh-in won;t be a true reading as such, but I'm hoping to be in Kitosis by then (actually I'm hoping to be in Kitosis by tomorrow;)

    Well done for coping well over Christmas and starting again with only a little gain.

    Well a little update - I'm on day two and just tested and can't beleive I'm in Kitosis already - was very shocked, but also very pleased. Let hope the food cravings that got me in week three last time don't appear again!

    Well done! Christmas is so tough and to only gain that is fab! Hope this first week back goes well!
