well..........confession time, im doing ss but seeing as ive done this diet b4 i thought id be cocky and do it my own way, i have no sugar juice in my water and milk in my coffee i also had 150g chicken 4 nights out of 7. now i know i shouldnt be expecting a huge loss next week due to this but im doing 100% this week to see the diffrence, im one of the lucky ones as i get into ketosis very very quickly (by day 2) and juice doesnt knock me out of it, ive done this diet 4 times and 9 !/4 lbs off is my biggest loss to date!
