    I've lost 5lbs in 6 days, I'm so chuffed!
    Up until yesterday I didnt think I was losing but today my trousers at work were falling down a little!
    I didnt think I was in ketosis either but pee'd on one of my CDC's sticks and it says I am, woohoo!

    I do need to step up my water intake tho so looking forward to getting flavourings next week! And bars, cant wait to try them!!
