    well my scales said 9lb and cdc's said 7lb so as much as i'd like to go with mine, the official loss was 7lb (since saturday)

    so needless to say, im a happy miss tonight :D

    well done, my scales weigh me 2lbs lighter than my cdc scales so at least you sort of know how much your going to lose. try not to get into the habit of weighing yourself loads though. keep up the good work!!!

    Wow thats brilliant! Well done :D If it's not too personal, what is your start weight and goal weight?
    I'm just trying to get an indication of what my WI will be on Monday from people on here.
    Fantastic though, especially as the first week is the hardest. You should be really proud!
