first weigh

    Hi well just had my first weigh and lost 6lb, i no its not alot for first week but last night i caved to the crap food cravings so i'm really quiet pleased with this. So here goes for week number 2. Why was it so easy the first time round i could kick myself.

    6 pounds is still good... cravings what can we do to stop thinking of the cravings that go on inside our heads , yes lock ourselfs in our bedrooms lol till it goes away lol
