First Weight in :)

Morning All,

Well got through my first week just fine :) Today I am down 8lbs!

Weekend was hard but not terrible. My hubby wanted to do stuff like go cinema or in to London but i didnt want to so we pretty much stayed at home the whole weekend! Hopefully next weekend i will feel strong enough to get on with life and not notice the loss of food :)

Well done on weight loss! Don't worry it does get easier for most(not me, lol) and you can start going out more with the hubby. Good luck for week 2.

Congratulations on your fantastic loss. Do you feel lighter? It is a real boost isnt it when you get on those scales. I think this plan is so easy to follow and thankfully I enjoy all the flavours.
