first weight in

    I am getting really nervous about my first weight in on Fri, still a few days away I know but I am anxious to know my progress as I go on hols in 3 weeks and really want to be looking a little less 'bulky' in my bikini lol how much do you think is possible to lose if I am disciplined... I am 9stone and doing ee and also going to gyn 2/3 times per week

    because you have a smaller amount to lose than some of us :( your weight loss may not be as big as us (IYKWIM) - having said that I reckon 5lb's is achieveable and 5lb's off of 9 stone is like a stone to me when I was 13 stones odd. Does that make any sense whatsoever?

    aww thats great hun thanks, I will defo keep you updated. You're doing fab!!!! I just hope I can stick to this long term as everybody on here is doing so well, the only time I struggle is when i have a coffee and would like a biscuit too other than that all is well!!

    What are you doing at the gym? I'd say don't expect too much in three weeks - even if you only lose 6lbs over the course of the three weeks for example, you're probably gonna be better off writing down your measurements. You want to look less bulky, right? So do some toning exercises, maybe get an abs workout DVD or go to a Zumba class, do some spinning, butt clenches, stomach clenches, stuff like that...

    I wouldn't predict big losses in terms of weight but it's definitely worth taking your measurements now and then before you go away, doing them every day won't get you anywhere and will probably really frustrate you.

    Sorry for the total unhelpfulness of this post but I really didn't want to read and dash, especially as you've just joined the FlabFighters challenge!
