im really excited, i've only lost 2 1/4 pounds but its coming off and usually when ive crash dieted etc before it just hasnt worked at all. my mum convinced me to just do a calorie controlled diet and up my exercise and now its going the right way !!!! i was really tempted to binge last night on some biscuits my partner was having. im so glad i didnt now. yay Bring it on!
