First wi tonight:)

Hi guys!

Just wanted to share had my first weigh in tonight and i have lost 4lbs:)

I didnt really do any excercise so this week im hoping to incorporate alot of walking an hr a day! And i have 2 meals planned out this week hope i still lose next week though!
 
Well done!
I'm sure you will still lose next week with all that exercise and sensible choices on your meals out
