Well I've been doing calorie counting/healthy eating for a week now and am just about to go weigh myself... well, when I can get out of bed anyway! Finished work at midnight, got to sleep at 2am and back in at 11am til 7pm :(

*runs off to the bathroom*

Well this week, to kick start me I've lost.... 7.5lbs!!!!

I'm very happy with that. When I did the cambridge Diet I lost 13lbs in my first week and when I restarted I lost 8lbs. So this isn't as much as that but considering I've been eating more and pretty much what I want, just in moderation, I'm very pleasantly surprised as I only expected maybe 3lbs! Just the start I needed to keep me motivated.
