Repeat Offender
Well I've been doing calorie counting/healthy eating for a week now and am just about to go weigh myself... well, when I can get out of bed anyway! Finished work at midnight, got to sleep at 2am and back in at 11am til 7pm

Well this week, to kick start me I've lost.... 7.5lbs!!!!
I'm very happy with that. When I did the cambridge Diet I lost 13lbs in my first week and when I restarted I lost 8lbs. So this isn't as much as that but considering I've been eating more and pretty much what I want, just in moderation, I'm very pleasantly surprised as I only expected maybe 3lbs! Just the start I needed to keep me motivated.
