Like it says on the tin, I'm back on Exante for a little while.
Not sure if anyone I was talking to is still on here but to summarise what's happened since my last post. New, happy relationship - been 10 months now and still a happy Fish. One car accident - nothing serious but it has left me with long term back and muscular issues which are currently being worked on.
My plan is to finish the packs I have then move on to a paleo/primal plan - the boy is on paleo to bulk (being a powerlifter), obviously mine will be to cut. After I've done paleo for a smidge I'm planning on doing the Juice Reboot, initially for 10 days then see if I can go further.
So hopefully I can reconnect with a few people/chat to a few new people in the interim.
Re-starting weight today (TOTM) is 15st 8.
