Extra Easy Fish skin

I can't think why you'd want to hun, but i guess it depends on how its cooked and the type of fish (i.e. Oily fish or not)

I don't normally but the way I cooked the mackerel made all the skin crisp and infused the spices. I dried fried it :) xx lisa
 
I've never seen a SW recipe in mags/books etc, that's said to de'skin the fish unless its been for like a pie where the skin would be soft and minging in it.
 
I wouldn't think it's synned, since the mackerel in tomato sauce (tinned) is free and they have the skins on.

Yep and also the little sardines still have their skins on. I've never heard of having to syn it so I'd say it's free :D
