Hi all

I am due to go out tonight for my bf birthday and he has asked if we can go to the harvester.
I said ok as they do lots of chicken options and I can help myself to lots of salad and have a ss+ day
I have just looked at the menu and they do a grilled salmon with green beans.
I have checked my book but can't see salmon on the ss+ food list.
Does anyone know if I will be ok to have this as it will be a nice change from chicken

I think I remember, but I'm sure someone more experienced can confirm, that salmon is not allowed because it's quite an oily fish therefore it's suggested we stick to white fish.

Like I said, I'm sure someone who's been doing it a bit longer can confirm that

It has to be White fish. Salmon is an oily fish.
