Fit for Fat – a Weigh to go! (F&H)

So a little bit about me....
I am 34 and have been dieting since I was about 22ish. I always thought I was fat until recently I was looking through some old photos and I realise I was probably a little bit too skinny. Then I met my OH, dated for a bit then I moved away from home to be with him. We got comfy with each other and the weight piled on. I lost about 2st for brothers wedding on WW but again it all crept on. Then my BF and my OH’s brother were getting married so this time I managed to lose 3st with WW getting me to 10.2 which is the lowest I have even managed to get back to. Again it all crept back on to just shy 14st = heaviest.

This time I tried SW which I really like and it seemed to agree with me and I managed to lose about 2st but same old story – weight back on and since then I have tried SW/WW/MFP and have managed to only lost 8lbs this year and I have been trying since January.

I am going on holiday in about 5wks and I was hoping to have lost a lot more. My problem is my OH works away and apart from work I hardly see anyone. I go to Jog Scotland on Mondays and Wednesdays which gets me out for an hour but apart from that.... So I eat as no one sees how much crap passes my lips but they obviously see how it is affecting my weight!!

So that is pretty much the jist of it and I am hoping that I can get somewhere in 5wks and maybe shift another half stone.

Please read through my diary and give me any pointers/tips or tell me where I am going wrong.

Woop day 1

Following F&H so no daily points with 49weeklies. Value app counting all so will c if there is any actual difference!!

Anything with no points is classed as F&H.

Points 11/49
Points gained 8 - washing the car/hoovering

B - warburtons brown thin, 2 x bacon medallions, 30%less fat cheese slice (2), tom sauce, Lavazza coffee pod/skim milk
S - black coffee
D - Mushroom Stir Fry Veg, cold ham, soy sauce, egg, chillies, fine egg noodles (6)
S - leftover stir fry,skimmed milk, light ovaltine (3)

According to my Jawbone Up I have burned 422 calories - mostly from washing the car - it is white and I live in the country so lots dead bugs on the front of it plus it had not been cleaned in weeks so def a lot of burning!!! the Up works on Total Burn, Active Burn and Resting burn and somehow works out the calories (tracks all steps in the day and also tells you your step count!)

Cleaning the car was hard as I had sore head and everytime bent down thought my head was going to explode.Diagnosed with Chronic Migraine Syndrome week ago (suffered for 10+yrs) so nice to have a diagnosis. Means I pretty much have some kind of sore head everyday of varying kinds and degree, never really noticed before but now I am having to track them everyday it is pretty obvious - you tend just to get on with things and dont want to let people down but it is a disability in medical terms so I need to learn to live with that!!

Sorry for the moan!

Oh tally van has just pulled up outside the house - good thing I have no £ in purse!!

Update more when I have decided on dinner!!!

Oh me - head is still killing me. Trying hard 2 heed the Drs advise & stay away from painkillers but hard.

So burned another 189cals doing the hoovering. I no that some ppl disagree with counting housework towards exercise but it is not something I do often & no my house is not a tip but I do have a fantastic OH who works offshore and when he is at home he does everything around the house so I only do it when he is away & even then only every other wk as it is just me and the cats so not much mess 2 really clear up so I class this as exercise. Wont have the complete burn until I sync my Up when I am in bed. It links with MFP so will c wot it says then & update here.

Still so much TV 2 catch up on - planner is chokka!! Wot 2 watch next -decisions, decisions!!!

my OH also does his fair share with the tidying up! lucky us eh! :D

cant beat a night infront of the tele having a catch up! enjoy!

I'd definitely count housework, might as well get something positive out of a chore! What program did you decide on? X

Brekkie is going 2b a crumpet with Roses Lime Marmalade, snack will b pineapple, lunch warburton thin with cold ham, salad, gherkin & jalapenos with salad cream. Thats about all I have thot about. I usually 4get about afternoon snack. I go to Jog Scotland on a Monday & wednesday so will not b back in the house till 730 so I think another quick stirfry :)
