Well lost half which I am happy about.

Was out at bingo last nite - won a tenner, woo hoo!! Drink consumed & kebab at end nite!!

Going on2 points this wk so c if makes a difference.

OH home on Friday so can w8 2c him & have someone prepare my meals!!

Dinner was fine, away 4 snooze as think got late onset hangover!!! Still 8 dailies 2 play with :)

Quick enuf day 4 a Monday tho systems were playing up all day, half hr job tk me 4hrs!!!!

Doing really well this week and I still have a heap of weeklies left - beginning to think I have been calculating wring somewhere!!! Suppose will find out @ WI on Saturday!!

I am loving the WW mint bars, think I will have to stock up on these as when I like something they always take them off the market!!!

Hi everyone

I am slinking back in after having a couple of bad weeks. Stopped using this a while ago though as was feeling deflated that no one seemed to be reading or replying back to my posts so felt a little lost!!!! I do like keeping track in here as its good to be able to look back and see at a glance what you have had on a certain day - you just cant do that with the app.

I do pay to go to classes but I have missed the past 2 weeks as I have really just been eating crap and I have had absolutely no need to. I was eating as though there was not going to be any food left on the planet!!! Its been a struggle but I think I am in the right mind again after sitting in front of a suitcase full of clothes that do not fit me anymore and adding more to it (there is also a bag of clothes downstairs and clothes hanging up that I cannot fit into).

I hope everyone is well and I will make a point of catching up on the diaries!!

I will update my food shortly - think I am going to be following points as I find this easier.

So yesterday I was back on plan, the only thing I am not back doing yet is exercise. I am waiting on the gym at work opening up and I will be going 5days a week before work.

Been a quick day at work and I have drank just over 2litres water - need to hit the loos before drive home & I need to stop in at the garden centre to get some compost and more flowers!!
