Fitbits, Fuelbands and Jawbone

    I'm reading up on these tracking devices and they seem to be a good idea. I have ME anyway, so the thought of tracking the actual energy expended each day is a good one, and it means I can really identify the days where I have to avoid extra exercise. I like the idea.

    Does anyone have any of these, and can you give me any advice about which to buy? I'm leaning towards the new Fitbit Force when it's released, simply because it has a watch function, but I'd be very interested in views from people who've used them. I have a MFP account, so something that synchs with that would be good, but it's not a deal breaker :)

    I love my Fitbit, it measures daily exercise and sleep patterns then gives you a daily, weekly and monthly report, I synch with MFP and I find it's a great motivator. I bought my daughter one for Christmas and she loves hers too so we compare notes and set ourselves challenges. I'm sure you'll get just as hooked with it!
