Fitness tracker and Bronze/Silver/Gold awards

I totally forgot to ask at my meeting last night. Do we hand in our fitness tracker thingies each week?

How does getting the awards work? or do we save them up for the 4 weeks needed?

in our meeting you just tell the weigh in lady when you started and then again in 4 weeks when you have completed it and she gave us our sticker dont know if this is the same in other meetings

In ours u hand in ur fit log 2 weigh in lady every week and get certificates after 4 weeks.
