Hi all
After losing two stone I would like to tone up and flatten my middle region!
Anyone got any top tips for fitness DVDs they hv been using?
 
I've been on youtube and followed the 30 day shred... OMG that is one tough b i t c h !! I also have the Zumba DVD which is a really good workout! At the end of the day it's your choice and your commitment ;) xxx good luck xxx
 
I've just done day 2 of 30 day shred and if how I felt this morning carries on I'd say it's gonna work as I was really sore! I've been reading loads of reviews for it and they're all pretty good. Lots of people lose inches and a bit of weight but people are definitely saying it tones. You can try it out on youtube for free. I think the aim is to do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days then level 3. Level 3 isn't on youtube but the dvd is only 4 quid off of amazon. I liked it cause it's only 20 minutes plus a few for warm up and cool down so it's easy to fit into my day. There are also other ones on you tube that jillian Michaels does for abs etc. hope that helps. Well done on your amazing weight loss! :)
