This is going really well for me had a couple of parties and seem to have still done well this is a life change for me I'm now 7st less than I was two years ago how is everyone else doing ?

Well done you! x it's going good for me. Have had a couple of difficult days, but I find the plan is like a safety net...no choice, so I don't really crave.

That's awesome, well done! I just started on SS yesterday Going well so far although I am getting a few savory cravings but i dampen them with a glass of water, hehehe
