flabby hips

Well i finally hit target at sw last nite but Im still not 100% happy. I am doing cardio and resistance training to tone up but my hips are still really flabby. All other areas are coming along nicely and i just wanna be able to look good in a bikini on my honeymoon. Any ideas which exercises will target this area and make them shrink? TIA
 
Maybe cut down the cardio and really focus on resistance and weight training? I can suggest

- outer leg raises
- Squatting - the king of all exercise if you ask me :p
- abduction / hip extension machine
- standing outer leg abduction with a resistance band
- sumo squat with outer leg raise
- rovers revenge (getting all vintage now!)
- side (lateral) lunges

You want to focus on toning the outer thigh up to the glutes and hips. When I say tone I mean tighten up, build a little lean tissue. This is how I would/do do it! xx
Ps - just on a side note, I don't usually do the whole exercise DVD thing but Tracey Anderson matt workout has a great legs section. It's under a fiver on amazon too just to use as an extra! Nothing really replaces a good weights session!
