Hi all,
I'm no stranger to slimming world - I've tried many times and failed many Times, but I know the plan works when I can stick to it!
I'm 32 and weigh over 23 stone! I decided to work in kilograms this time as this is what my doctor works in. I'm currently seeing a lifestyle advisor once a month to help me make changes, but I need structure! I've lost 1.75kg so far in my first week without following any diet plan yet, but if I want to keep it up I need some proper structure (not just an empty fridge!)
I have been battling depression and anxiety issues for the last 8 or 9 years, and much of my weight was gained whilst on strong antidepressants, and completely out of it. This year I have decided to take a year to just look after myself properly, and be the best mum I can be to my 3 children.
Anyway, I'd appreciate support and a big kick up the backside when I'm slipping to get me back on track!
