flap jack cereal!!!

In an experimental mood today...

mixed 1/2 vanilla shake and 1/2 peanut flappy in a bowl to make a cereal...

it was like a cereal, but still tasted like flap jack and vanilla!

no taste sensation explosion, but ok if you like flappys and fancy cereal!

just thought i'd share, apologies if mild nausea caused for some

I love it..... used to have it every morning! I think it tastes fab! if you toast the flap jack as well as havign the shake hot its a bit like porridge with a crunch

ooh will have to try that version, took all my wil power not to glug off rest of shake, hid it in the fridge for later.

cant say felt too inspired to polish off rest of flappy, will take that to the cinema with me later with rest of shake..

msblonde...... don't forget, you have to drink shakes within 15 mins of it being made otherwise they lose nutriants

you are really brave!!! I am struggling to even enjoy the shakes....I take a big gulp of shake, then one of water....and each time feel sick! Hope it gets easier..the vanilla is the pits, and I have a weeks worth!!!
Day 2 and I am hanging in there - boy, is it tough though....
I might try the flapjacks after wk 2, the pharmacist said i couldnt have them till then.

you'll get used to it, try adding sweetener or coffee to it.

i changed some soup for flapjacks at the pharm, they were really cool about it. speak to them and see if they wil swap to something else for you.

You should be able to go back and sawp them at the pharmacy. I lke vanilla least - tastes a bit salty and gluey
