flappy fore arms anyone?

Just wondered...

I have really yucky bingo wings now, but my forearms arent looking too great either? They seem to be pretty flappy, where I didnt expect them to be.

Any advice?

Sorry luv - my forearms have just gone plain skinny - but then it was the only bit of me that actually remained slim when I was morbidly obese - I think the reason I never realised how big I was is that I would look at my forearms as I sat at my desk at work and think 'Well - my forearms look slim - so I can't be that bad!'
