It contains fruit fibre though, so you might get some, erm, less than pleasant side effects if you have loooooads each day! A few teaspoons a day should be ok though...
(Although personally, I find even that amount bothers my tummy, so I no longer use it)
I'm doing ok thanks hun... Slooooowly but surely... going in the right direction though, so just re-evaluated my goal date, made it a little later, and trying to take it all in my stride!
