Flaxseed - upset stomach?

Got lots of ideas from the MiMs thread -

- tortillas - spread mixture out v thin and microwave, then pan fry
- marmite - replace cinnamon and splenda with 1 tsp marmite
- add in ginger or 1 tsp of sugar free jelly

Can't wait to try the chocolate and cream version mmm :)
 
I love savoury mims toasted with peanut butter & cheese on, BUT they can upset your stomach. Flaxseed is very high in fibre. When I first tried them I had them 2 days in a row & it triggered my IBS big time!!
They are now an occasional treat ;)
 
I hate savoury ones, they do nothing for me at all, but cinnamon or ginger ones with cream or cream cheese toppings are brill.
 
Ooooh, ginger one's, that's sounds nice. Do you add sweetener Bren?
