Has anyone used one of these ~ seen it advertised on Ideal World today. Have thought about getting it before, but I'm terrible for buying fitness equipment and then not using it. Apparently because it uses vibration to get deep into the muscles, you only have to use it 3 times a week for about 15 minutes.

I suppose like most things, as long as you do use it ~ it's better then doing nothing. Mind you I do go to the gym and do a lot of cardio work, but am looking for something that'll improve my muscle tone and of course burn more fat :D

    Hiya,

I actually Bought one from ideal world ages ago, tried it a few times, but got bored, maybe I wasnt doing it right I dont know but I honestly cant see it acheiving the results you want,

I mainly got it as it said it would help build & strengthen muscles, as I have a bad back I thought it would help..

Thanks Kel, Yeh I recall the demonstration I watched on Ideal World talked about the fact that it should help strengthen your core muscles. I've kinda talked myself out of getting one anyways, think I'll opt for an exercise DVD for days that I don't fancy or can't get to the gym.
