What do you syn this?

I use a little bit for my nimble toast in the morning...

According to the book 2 t spoon of low fat spread is 2.5 syns? it is a little high ?

if it was extra light or pro-active extra light it is 1/2 syn for 1 teaspoon
but if it was normal flora light or pro-active light it is 1 syn

It all depends how much you put on your toast really, If you measure it before you put it on...I think a tsp would be enough for 2 slices for me as I don't like a lot of spread....
