Slept in for work this morning and ran out the house without my packs. Missed my train so by time I got to work my back up plan of scrambled egg from the canteen was stuffed. All that was left was toast. Decided to skip breakfast and get salad or something for lunch.
Then boss announced he was taking us out for lunch to the local Italian. He's not the type of person you can say no to and no one knows I'm on exante.
Had every intention of having salad but when it came to it I ended up with pasta and garlic bread!!!
Given how ill I was at the start of the week I'm not beating myself up. I know I'll need to start ketosis again but c'est la vie :)
