Fondant Potatoes my way

No Syns extra easy.

Desiree potato that has a floury texture is probably the best to use but Maris piper or king edwards will be ok.

Make a pint of Kalo organic veg stock.
Use 6 medium sized potatoes.
Slice your potatoes in the style of sauté. Nice and thin though. In a oven proof dish arrange your potatoes flat on the bottom of the dish slightly overlapping them. Pour your stock over the potato so that you just cover them. Then repeat this layering adding seasoning to each layer till all of the potato has gone. If you run out of stock, make more.
Put in your oven at 180c for 30 mins and serve with your chosen meal. DELICIOUS:D
