At 10st 2 my BMI is 27.8
(9st 2 will be a healthy BMI of 25)

Week 1 = 10st 2lbs (-8lbs) :)
Week 2 = 10st (-2lbs) :( not happy

Im doing the re-feed for a week now - then back to it next saturday :)
