food comfort

    Over the weekend I've really started to struggle, I knew I comfort ate but I never really twigged on that ALL food was comfort. Nothing bad has happened but I feel like I want to eat!
    It's been 10x worse than the first days on the diet and what annoys me is that stepping on the scales this morning and i've lost 14lbs in a week! So its coming off and quickly just like I want and If I can battle myself through, I can succeed but I'm really struggling.

    you are doing amazingly well you really are just look how much you have lost.

    Remember the list of reasons you want to do this, not amount of little nibbly bits you used to eat and think about how good the weight loss tastes compared to them.

    I also find the weekends a killer for me as I ALWAYS had a routine of what a Saturday night involved, it's just hard to change those habits and find something else to fill your time with.

    You can do this you have come too far now to turn back

    Its so hard and I'm angry at myself that I'm struggling and dissapointed in myself, thought after a few days I'd be ok.
    On a positive notes, hubby is buying next weeks shakes, wohoo!
