    ww iced choc brownie dessert (4)

    total 40(3 activity points used)

    muesli

    ww country slice =2
    ww wrap with ham cucumber and light mayo =5
    grapes
    ww cake bar = 2
    kfc fillet burger, medium fries and 1 piece of chicken =23

    total =38 1 weekly used

    can someone please tell me if i am doing this correctly ??

    iv still got 7 points left and dont know how to use them.

    iv just got in from boot camp and have earnt an extra 17 points!
