food diary- can anyone look over it for me plz,

    hi all

    could somone please look over my food diary, not sure on it if should have more HeB and HaB


    thursday 22/1/09
    red day

    breakfast-
    low fat yogurt + orange

    black coffee

    snack-
    melon + grapes

    lunch-
    egg salad
    black coffee

    snack-
    1 rich tea biscuit (2syns)
    black coffee

    dinner-
    chicken salad 100g pasta (Heb)

    lots of water and spring water


    friday 23/1/09
    red day

    breakfast-
    cereal special k (HeB)+ ss milk (HeA)
    with a banana

    black coffee

    lunch-
    chicken salad

    black coffee

    snack-
    orange, grapes

    dinner- beef grillsteak + mixed veg

    low fat yogurt

    lots of water and spring water

    Hi...the mugshots arent free on a Red Day, only a green hun. Also, the Thurs menu you only had 1 HEB and today, you are having only 1 HEA and 1 HEB.
    Every day, you should have 1 HEA and 2 HEB's (you can if you choose have 2 HEA and 2 HEB) but this is the norm. If you dont eat the allowance, or measure the right amount, it will become syns rather than your allowance.
    Other than that your plan looks great and you are definitely getting a variety of meals!!
