So quick intro; as subject reads this is my sixth week.... It's been very slow for me. I don't know if my body has simply reached that stage in life where it says.... " I like this size and shape and I ain't movin" despite me moving and shaking (addicted to zumba now!) it's moving.... Slowly. So any advice is welcome. A weigh in tomorrow/today depending on when this posts! am hoping for a loss but may remain the same.... We shall see!
