Food diary & need help

My daily tends to consist of:

Special k and semi skimmed milk
WW nachos
Apple
Banana
WW layered fruit yogurt
Clementine
Batchelors Cup a soup with 1 slice of bread
A portion of ww chips and a WW frozen meal

I don't find the frozen meals filling enough for dinner anyone any suggestions I'm on 27 points a day.
