Thursday's food:

Breakfast - banana, strawberrys, yoghurt
Snack - plums
Lunch - butternut squash, red pepper & bacon
Snack - Cadburys truffle choc (6 syns)
Dinner - lemon chicken, rice, sugarsnaps

Friday :
Breakfast - apple (I had very little in the house but this def wasnt enough & I spent the morning very hungry)
Snack - apple
Lunch - lemon chicken salad
Snack - apples
Dinner - salmon, sweet potato noodles, broccoli, sweet chilli sauce (3 syns)
2 Cadbury mousse (7 syns)

Superfree - 4, not very good!

Hello! had another loss this week, 3.5lbs was very very excited! so 12lbs in total, am hoping to get my stone sticker soon! Plans for the weekend have been shopping and relaxing, in that order me thinks! ooh and tomorrow I'm cooking, decided fancy a 3 course meal, so gonna make chicken pate, roast lamb and veggies and raspberry, coffee and chocolate pots!!! I'm quite excited! :)

Good news about the hair, hope it keeps growing.

Well done Loho, 3.5lb is great! You've really got the hang of this haven't you? I'm on my computer now and can see your ticker is moving along nicely. Also we have both lost over 3% of our body weight, which is quite impressive really.

I hope the meal goes well, it sounds divine. Are you having many people around?

I've had a relatively quite weekend. I went for a 5.5mile walk yesterday which was really nice. Especially as I was quicker than googlemaps told me I would be. I had a hair appointment where they confirmed that my hair was doing well and some of it's growing back well, which was wonderful. Then I went and saw a friend for dinner but left fairly early so as to not get stuck in the snow.

Saturday food:

Breakfast - eggs, bacon, beans, roll, benecol (1 syn), apple, banana
Lunch - missed as brealfast was quite late
Afternoon - 2 glasses wine (10 syns)
Dinner - Travancore chicken (this was in the healthy section of the menu so I am puttinf down 5 syns as it seems reasonable and I don't think any cream or oil was used, but to be honest I have no idea), steamed rice, veg

Crickey, I have been a porker today! Another bad nights sleep, another day trying to regain energy from food. Although it was much better than it would have been a few months ago.

Sundays food:

Breakfast - roll, bacon, tomato, banana
Snack - benecol yoghurt (2 , banana)
Lunch - egg fried rice, roasted butternut squash, chicken tikka pieces (2 syns) , cadbury mousse (3 syns)
Snacks - Yoghurt ( 2 syns), potato rosti ( they were supposed to be dinner but I was hungry)
Dinner - pork fillet with spiced red cabbage & apple (1 syn), Cadbury mousse (3 syns)

HEXA - roll
HEXB - missed
Syns - 13

And I found out smoked mackerel is not syn free so some of my previous days were not as good as I thought .....
 
I've tried a red day today in order to make up for my piggyness. WI is tomorrow & I'm feeling slightly nervous about it. Hopefully my exercise will have paid off but for some reason I'm not feeling very confident.

Today's food:
Breakfast - roll, ham, tomato, benecol (2 syns)
Lunch - smoked trout salad, sweet chilli sauce (2 syns), flake (5 syns)
Dinner - pork & red cabbage (2 syns)

Well I lost 0.5lbs this week, which is better than nothing but I'm still feeling a bit deflated. Which may explain my slightly rubbish few days ......

Lunch - beetroot , rocket & tomato salad, chilli dressing (1 syn)

Wednesday - green day (I fancied lots of stodgy!)

Syns - 20 :-(

I have a weekend away involving mitchelin star dining & a cocktail evening. I'm dreading Tuesdays WI! I'm going to try for no syns tomorrow & Monday to balance it up.
 
I didn't quite get no syns yesterday, well no where near, I did though sit down last night & plan a week of red days. This wasn't particularly easy as I am now not in again until a weeks time! I think I may have a good plan though so fingers crossed!

Thursday's food
Breakfast - blueberries, bacon roll & ketchup (1 syn)
Snack - melon & grapes
Lunch - butterbean & spinach stew
Snack - mini flake (4 syns)
Dinner - pasta & butterbean & spinach stew with cheese. honey (1 syn)

Exercise - none

Weekend away this weekend so I shall be trying to make the best choices but am unlikely to stick to plan. Hopefully I'll make up for it next week with my red days.

Sunday food red day -

Breakfast - mrs crimble bakewell slice (11 syns, but there was little else for me to have & I was feeling decidedly worse for wear. To be honest I ate it before I read the calories so I was relieved that it was under 15 syns), bananas, grapes
Lunch - beef jerky (2 syns)
Snack - sliced chicken
Dinner - Ragu with carrot, meringue (2.5 syns), banana + yogurt

Tomorrow I'm back on plan 100%! I've moved my WI to Thursday as the weekends are when I tend to over indulge & it will give me time to make up for any slips.
 
Another red day for me & I've finished the day feeling quite hungry. Although that may be the red wine rather than the food! I'll see how it goes tomorrow.

Monday

Another red day, which has gone quite well. I'm hoping for an improved reading on the scales, although not this week as I had a rather indulgent weekend!

Tuesday:

Snack - shortbread biscuit made especially by a colleague for me (10 syns at a guess), yoghurt

Exercise - 2 mile walk (must try & do rosemary conelly soon!)

Next week I'm going to try the 777 challenge as I have a quite week & would like a little boost.
 
Ok, WI showed a 1 lb gain but it was worth it for my yummy meal at the weekend. So onwards & upwards! I'm going to try really hard for a good week this week. I'm going to have mainly reds with EE tomorrow as I'm at a friends house.

My current motivation is because I want to see my jaw line again! My face is like a moon at the moment & want to see my features.

I'm also trying to do the 777 challenge & to get 7 speed foods a day.

After a sleepless night because of a bug today is going to be a tough day. But I AM going to stick to plan. I was going to have 7 syns but I'll allow myself 15 & I should be fine.

I also plan to spend the majority of the day on the sofa watching come dine with me & sex & the city!

Ok I'm going to start the day with some positives
1. I'm seeing good hair regrowth.
2. I'm going to a gallery I havent been to yet this afternoon.
3. I'm going with one of my lovely friends.

Food wise I've been pretty much on plan this weekend, I've had a couple more syns than I should but for a weekend I've not been too bad.

I'm going out to dinner this evening. I'm planning to go for Italian so will have fish or steak with veg & will try & save my syns for then. I'm also going to try to walk to the gallery to get my legs moving.
