♥ I hope that my eating goes well today. I know that I am going to be tired as I didn't get to sleep until 12 am, Zach woke at 3.30 am till 4 am, I didn't get to sleep until 4.30 am as I had woken up, and then Zach was awake and ready to start the day at 6 am ... I have been good so far and not eaten anything ♥

Right! Today is a brand new day and I am going to ignore this groggy feeling that I have - though it's because as a kind of new mum, I am realizing that I don't get weekends anymore!! :wave_cry: Bye bye weekends ... Hey, on the bright side, it might just help me to not cave in so much on a weekend!!

Urgh! This week has gone to pot!! :(

I haven't been tracking, or exercising.

Since yesterday, I have been feeling really groggy and disorientated and my eating healthy just hasn't happened. I have been eating rubbish and snacking. :sigh:

I am dreading weigh in tomorrow night, although the way that I have been feeling the last couple of days, if I am the same, I don't think I will be going :confused:
