Sam’s food diary

Breakfast:
Omelette with mushrooms and onions and a SlimmingWorld burger ( I was really hungry!). 2 cups of black coffee.

Lunch:
SlimmingWorld pea and mint soup and a tangerine. 1 cup of green tea.

1 can of diet cherry cola.

Dinner:
Chennai Dhal (4.5 syns), chicken tikka pieces (1 syn), Tilda brown basmati & quinoa (3 syns), 0% Greek yoghurt.
Black coffee.

Dessert:
Silken tofu chocolate mousse (1.5 syns)
Glass of water.

Finished the day on 9.5 syns.
