    Thursday 10th February 2011 - Extra Easy

    Breakfast

    2 Weetabix (Healthy Extra B)
    350ml skimmed milk (Healthy Extra A)

    Lunch

    Baked Pot (free)
    Beans (free)
    Cherries, apple (free)

    Snack

    Crab sticks (free)
    Tea (using milk from healthy extra left over)
    orange (free)

    Dinner

    Steak (free)#
    mushrooms (free)
    sweetcorn (free)
    peas (free)
    tomatos (free)
    2 corn on cob

    Syns

    Pkt of new snack a jacks sweet chutney 4.5

    Well first day has gone well, felt really full and felt like I had pigged out all day. Hopefully I am on the right track!

    Pasta shells (free)
    Tin of Tuna in brine (free)
    sweetcorn
    cucumber
    tomato
    1 Mullerlight yogurt (free)

    Dinner

    Birdseye Salmon Wild Herb Fillet (free)
    carrots
    brocolli
    Cauliflower
    2 corn on cob

    syns

    Low Cal Mayo used in lunch 2.5

    Again didn't feel hungry and just really full, which for me is a RARE. Need to think about exercising next week to help my weight loss. Feeling very nervous about next week as I am not convinced I am doing this right especially with all the food I am eating.
