Well first day has gone well, felt really full and felt like I had pigged out all day. Hopefully I am on the right track!

Again didn't feel hungry and just really full, which for me is a RARE. Need to think about exercising next week to help my weight loss. Feeling very nervous about next week as I am not convinced I am doing this right especially with all the food I am eating.
