Food Diary week one - want my first mini goal 26 pts

    Ok im going to start a food diary here as well as doing my paper tracker so i can account for it all

    Todays available total 25

    1 pint skimmed milk - 2 points
    WW cereal bar - 1.5

    Mashed potato, red onion, mushroom patty with a duck egg - 5 points

    WW cereal bar - 1.5 points

    Mushroom chow mein
    Portion mushrooms
    Mini spring rolls - 9.5 points

    WW cereal bar - 1.5 points

    Total - 21 points

    Banked - 4
