Mini-Addict :)
Well... after my little weekend blip, I thought maybe it would be a good idea if I started up my food diary, makes me feel more accountable to my mini's and might help me focus better.... I get 25 points each day..(technically with my 1.5 gain im back on 26 till next week, but I'm staying with 25 as I don't intend on the 1.5 hanging around!)
Today so far:
B: 1 slice of bread - 1.5 (thick)
margarine and marmalade - 1
L: I got up too late this morning to make anything 'proper' , so I am having a childhood day and am going with a Jam sandwich so thats 4 slices WW malted danish = 3 pnts
Jam x 2 teaspoons = 1
Also 1 cereal bar from tescos - 1.5
So total today so far is 8, leaving me 17 for later.
