So after hearing people rave about the benifits of keeping a food diary here's mine:

I do EE

Monday
B 35g porridge made with water and sweetener

L large salad, corned beef (2syns at a guess) salad cream,

D SW fry up and fruity sauce

Total syns for day 6

Tuesday
B porridge made with water and sweetener, banana

L pasta n sauce with bacon and mushrooms

D SW kebab meat, SW chips and salad

Total syns for day 3

Wednesday
B banana and mullet light

L bacon eggs beans mushrooms hp sauce

D SW chicken tikka masala and vegetable rice

Syns for the day 4

Thursday
B banana and muller light

L jacket potato and salad

D spaghetti bolognaise

Snack Dorset nutty cereal and muller Greek yoghurt

Syns for the day 4.5

Friday
B banana and orange
bacon, eggs and tinned spaghetti

L pasta quiche made with carrots pasta peas onion and sweet corn

D steak, sweet potato SW chips and salad

Snack Dorset nutty cereal and Greek muller light

Syns for the day 4.5

Saturday (today)
B bacon egg tonne spaghetti

L pasta quiche leftover and salad

D gammon SW chip egg and beans

Snack Dorset nutty cereal and Greek muller light

Syns for the day 1.5

Well weighed this morning and I lost 1lb. Quite pleased, going to have more syns this week and see what difference it makes :)
