Well... after my little weekend blip, I thought maybe it would be a good idea if I started up my food diary, makes me feel more accountable to my mini's and might help me focus better.... I get 25 points each day..(technically with my 1.5 gain im back on 26 till next week, but I'm staying with 25 as I don't intend on the 1.5 hanging around!)

Today so far:

B: 1 slice of bread - 1.5 (thick)
margarine and marmalade - 1

L: I got up too late this morning to make anything 'proper' , so I am having a childhood day and am going with a Jam sandwich so thats 4 slices WW malted danish = 3 pnts
Jam x 2 teaspoons = 1
Also 1 cereal bar from tescos - 1.5

So total today so far is 8, leaving me 17 for later.

Ok... So day 1 of my renewed 100% attempt to get to my goal!! :)

Decided that I'm going to keep my daily 'intake' diary in here...will make me more accountable and might actually make me write it down again, which I fear is where I'm beginning to slip!

So...today so far....

Breakfast

2 Med slices bread - 2.5
2 Tspn Clover Light - 1
Wafer Thin Smoked Ham - 0.5
1 Tablespoon Hellmans x-lite mayo - 0!

Lunch

Roll - 4 (Large roll, being safe!! lol)
2 slices turkey , wafer thin - 1
Tomato - 0
Cucumber - 0
2 tspn mayo - 1.5 (from our sandwich shop , I dont expect it will be low fat!! ha ha!)
1 pack Pom Bear's - 1.5

So total so far today = 12/25, 13 left for dinner etc ..... Ok, having dinner later when OH finishes work, so have had 2 bits toast (2.5) and some mushrooms and tomatoes with fry lite and a little bit of marg. I work out I have about 9.5 points left so am planning to have a mayo chicken from MacDs, which will leave me 4.5 points for the day..think I might save them :) xx

Well, for the first day in about a fortnight, I know I came in on target for my points yesterday!! Woo!! I only had a mayo chicken out with OH last night, leaving me with 4.5 points carried over. He did buy wedges and I nicked a couple, but that's still going to bring me in under or on points :)

So.... Fridays plan!!

Breakfast - 1 slice toast - 1 ,with marg, 0.5 (clover lite)

Lunch : have made some pasta (4 points) with WW soft cheese and cherry tomatoes chopped through- not quite 1 point but I'll say it to be safe :)

So far today that's 6.5 points, leaving me 18.5 for the rest of the day.. I've brought my tea biscuits to work with me to save me from strong desires to go buy unmentionable words from machine downstairs... :)

Edit: 4 Rich Tea biscs... 2pts

16.5 left for rest of day... :)

Ok, if we go on our usual chinese , it will be Chicken Fried Rice , we split in two so that's 4.75 points, and Chicken Chow Mein, which is 3.75 points for my share...totalling 8.5 points.. leaving me still? with 8 points to use... Although I reckon I'll bank 4 of them to make up for last weeks randomness.. woo! another good day hopefully so far :)

So total points consumed for the day will be 21/25

Well done for staying within your points! I find it easier if I log them in here too, so hope it works for you. Did you enjoy your Chinese? - it's my favourite food and is quite low on points isn't it?

Good luck for the rest of the weekend, though it looks like you are well and truly over your little 'blip'!:D

Right well I've been useless at keeping this recently, but need to keep it up... really do!!

Ok. Yesterdays:

1 X BREAD - 1
Spread - 0.5

Lunch: 2 x WW danish bread - 1.5
Egg - 1.5
Mayo - 0.5 (extra lite)
Packet of Space Raiders 1.5

Dinner

WW sausages and mash - 5.5
Peas, sweetcorn, etc - about 1.5 points worth

And 2 x WW Danish toast for evening snack - 1.5 & spread - 1 (like it buttery at night :) )

Total for day : 18/25

Mayo (store cupboard empty - ha ha) 0.5
Tomato

Total so far for day - 8 leaving me 17 for dinner... woo! :)

Edit: Dinner = Tomato and Basil Chicken - WW - 4
Mixed Veg - 1

Couple of bits toast using med wholemeal bread - 2.5 + 1 for spread

Don't really have much in house at mo so that's my lot for the day, coming in at 8.5 carried over, I know it's quite a lot but I wasn't hugely hungry lol..

Also did an hour of walking last night.. So not a bad day :)

Have made some more pasta - 4
with Extra Lite Mayo - 0.5
Tomato - 0

Total so far : 7 , leaving 18 for rest of day....

I add in crisps - 2.5

WW Tomato Soup - 1
4 x WW Danish with scrapings clover lite - 3

Bowl of krispies (large one lol) say about 3.5 in total (inc milk)

I really wasn't that hungry last night, got a cold. And cupboards are bit empty lol... oops

Didn't have time this am, slept in, so lunch is a lemon curd sandwich (oh the joys of week before pay day!) 3.5 pnts

So total so far is 4.5 - leaving 20 for later... Hmmm...

Bottle of 330ml Tesco Apple Juice - about 1.5?

Tot: 9 leaving 16 for later....

Planning about 4 points worth of pasta, and have about 4 points worth of bolognese frozen - so that leaves me 8 points for rest of evening.

Edit: 8 points remaining after bolognese, had 2 slices WW Danish with bit of spread - 1.5 - leaving 6.5 as was out for evening in end..

Ok, Friday 17th...

B:

2 x WW danish with cloverlite - 1.5

L: we're having a team lunch out today, have ordered chilli con carne and rice, not sure how much that will be, but have points from last couple of days carrying over so sure it will balance out.

Dinner will be friday usual of chinese post youthstuff... Chow mein 3.75, Chicken fried rice 4.75 and 1 point for sweet and sour sauce ...

11 points in total counted for today therefore.. meaning 14 left - lunch should fit in ok there with carried over points and the 14.. :)

Ok Yesterday's (monday)

No b/fast so naughtily had s/roll at work :( - 5

Lunch - 5 1/2 for turkey roll from sandwich woman
Crisps - 2.5

Dinner - Mayo chicken from mcd's - 5

Total consumed : 18/25

Tuesday:

B/fast: Cereal 2.5 inc milk

Lunch S.Onion Chick Teri from Subway:5.5 + 1 for mayo (lite)
WW Cheese Nachos x 2 - 2pt

Total so far: 11 , leaving 14 for laters :)

Edit:

Dinner = WW Chicken & Mushroom - 6pts with veg - 1.5 points (lots inc peas and sweetcorn lol)

total left = 6.5 pts

Today so far (Wednesday 22nd)

Didn't have any bread and milk gone off :( so had sausage roll from s/wich woman... 5 points

Lunch: Large wholemeal roll with chicken and coleslaw - about 7 points worth I imagine.. (from sandwich woman)

12 so far...leaving 13 for later...

Dinner: 2 x toast - (thick) = 3
2 x egg - 2.5
tomatoes - 0

And that was it as at meeting all evening... oohh and bit of shortbread (small, put at 2 to be safe) leaving 5.5 carried over...

Weetabix oaty bar = 1.5 , WW cheese nachos = 1

Thursday's...

Breakfast - 1 slice toast, marg and WW jam - 2pts

Lunch - 4 points worth of pasta, 1.5 worth of WW parmesan/pesto sauce stuff... = 5.5 pts

(No snacks mid afternoon as couldnt eat all my lunch so snacked on through afternoon :) )

Tea time - 2 x toast with marg and WW jam = 3.5

Later on - Mayo chicken from McD;s - 5pts, and an apple pie as I just couldnt resist - 4

Thats a total of 20 - carrying over 5 :)

Friday so far....

So far total of 5 points leaving 20 for rest of day.....

EDIT: Wheat Crunchies - 3pts

Tonite will be chinese, half Chick Chow Mein and Chick Fried Rice - 8.5pts

that's 11.5 pts, leaving 8.5 for rest of day :)
