Food Diary - Where am I Going Wrong? Help Needed... :) Red & Green Days X

Hope your all ok.

I have been MIA the last few days, just had such a busy week with being off, I've tried to stay away from the computer as much as possible!

I weighed in today and lost half a pound, which after this week of cake every day and eating out I think at least 4 times, I am over the moon haha.

I can start totally fresh again this week and I don't have anything in my way till June now, so getting down to some serious weight loss business!!

Sunday 29th March - Green Day

Breakfast -
Porridge - Healthy B
Almond milk - Healthy A
4 Strawberries - Free

Lunch -
Home made soup -
Leek

Stock - Free
1 piece of whole meal toast - Healthy B

Dinner -
Wedges - Free
Veg Chill - Free

Desert -
Chocolate torte - 15 syns

Drinks -
1.5 litre of water
1 Green Tea

Syns -

=15 syns

Back to being fully on track from today. Work has just been totally manic, I have just been grabbing things that are quick all the time which mainly just consists of wholemeal toast.. :(

My weigh in on Thursday was good considering, I just stayed the same so I'm happy with that, no gain is still a great thing! Lol.

Back on track and writing everything down from today, and I had some time yesterday so I made up 5 quorn cottage pies and some homity pies ready for this week and also got my hands on some of the Linda McCartney free sausages, so I have things planned out :)

Sunday 5th March - Green Day

Breakfast -
Muller Greek Peach yoghurt - Half a syn

Lunch -
Chicken and Mushroom Pasta N Sauce - Free
Brocolli - Free
Mushrooms - Free
Almond Milk and 3 Light cheese traingles - Healthy A
1 piece of wholemeal toast - Healthy B

Dinner - ( 2 mini portions of this around 4pm and 7pm )
Homity pie - Free
Carrots, potatoes, brocolli, cabbage, squash - Boiled up and roughly mashed.
Red onion and leeks cooked in fry light seperately and frozen pea's - Mixed in to the mash, put in a dish and baked.. ( You are supposed to add cheese on but i left it today )
2 Linda Mccartney red onion sausages - Free
Steamed Sliced Broad beans - Free
Steamed Brocolli, carrot and mini corns - Free
Gravy - 2 syns

Desert-
Muller Greek Peach yoghurt - Half a syn
Straberries - Free

Drinks -
1.5 litre of water

Syns -
Muller Greek Peach yoghurt x 2 - 1

I weighed in and lost 1lb this week, taking me to 1 stone 10lbs.

Just a little update because I know I haven't been posting but I am still trying the best I can with how work is at the minute xx

Hope your all ok. Weighed in on Thursday and stayed the same again, so I am thrilled as I haven't been putting in much effort, fingers crossed I can get through this week and find my will power again, I am hoping for at least 2lb's off so here we go :) xx
