Right i'm toally on a mission now. Been busy and cooked a bolognese and also a slimming world quiche.
so far today I have had
Breakfast - Raspberries
Mullerlight
Lunch - Wrap with ham, tomatoes and extra light laughing cow
Dinner - Bolognese with a wholemeal pitta, cabbage, mange tout and peas.
If anyone has any tips etc please please let me know. Also is there anyway of coming onto this site and just seeing the messages that apply to you and your diet???? xx
