I have just come to the end of my first week, here is what I had for the week!
I have struggled a little to get in the HEX's so will be working on that, also I know I need to use more syns as well. The last two days I had a lot of nausea and also some naughty poos lol so haven't eaten as much as I should have. I've been stupidly bloated and windy and feeling sick alot, not sure f it is the diet or what?!
Monday
Breakfast
28g Porridge Oats (Made with water and sweetener) HEXB
Banana
Lunch
Jacket Potato with 1/2 tin beans 1 Laughing cow light HEXA
Strawberries and cherries.
Dinner
2 Quorn sausages with mash (made with a splash of milk and 1 laughing cow light from HEXA) green beans and brocolli, fried onions (in frylight) and gravy 2.5 syns 1/4 pint.
Muller light yougurt
Curly Wurly 6 syns
Coffee in the day using rest of HEXA 125ml semi skimmed
More fruit if hungry

2 eggs fried in frylight with beans and 2 quorn sausages.
Lunch
4 Sesame seed ryvitas HEXB with half pot of cottage cheese and pineapple and homemade coleslaw ( 2 Laughing cows HEXA,
extra light mayo 4 tbs 3 syns) and salad
Dinner
Stir fried veg with egg noodles and soy sauce
Pudding rice cooked in water mixed with yog and fruit.
Fruit if i'm nibbly
