    I have 1/2 point left. I'm a bit hungry and want to eat something but don't know what.

    Any ideas?

    That's a thought. Allergic to mushrooms though :( Will try that some time. Not that hungry at the moment though.

    Thanks. Decided it might just be a craving for something sweet so I'm gonna have a mug of tea. I use 1/2 point worth of milk in tea so there I go.

    a brew solves all problems :) Im still getting used to no sugar, its hard work!

    Dia, is it nice? I have tried sweetners, but havent enjoyed the taste, but is splenda a bit nicer?

    It's made from sugar <insert boring biochemistry graduate emoticon> :) so I find it tastes the same. The granulated does effervesce in tea and coffee so you might prefer the tablets.
